As part of a collaborative effort among the Guyana Post Office Corporation (GPOC), the Guyana Police Force (GPF), and the National Data Management Authority (NDMA) to implement the automated e-ticketing feature of the Safe Road Intelligent System, traffic violators will receive e-tickets at their homes.
The Guyana Post Office Corporation will facilitate the dispatch of the e-tickets via its Registered Mail Service leveraging its network of approximately sixty-two (62) locations across the country to streamline the distribution process.
On April 9, 2025, the first batch of Two hundred seventy-eight (278) automated e-tickets was officially handed over to the Postmaster General (ag), Ms. Tiffani Williams at the NDMA office on Crown Street, Queenstown, Georgetown.
By facilitating the efficient dispatch of the automated e-tickets, GPOC proudly plays a crucial role in promoting road safety, strengthening accountability, and supporting law enforcement initiatives.
