The Guyana Post Office Corporation congratulates 11-year-old Bibi Hassan for winning the competition held in March. In her letter to Postmaster Ms. Karen Brown, she eloquently outlined how she would make all roads throughout the world safer for children, which was the theme of this year’s competition.
